窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的临床应用

银屑病是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,发病率高,临床上治疗方法繁多,但至今尚无根治的方法。窄谱中波紫外线对银屑病的治疗效果较满意,尤其与其他药物或物理疗法合用,不但提高疗效,而且还降低不良反应。加上其克服了传统长波紫外线对皮肤的致癌倾向,并可应用于面部等易感部位和儿童、孕妇等,从而广泛应用于银屑病的治疗。现对近几年国内外窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的临床应用予以阐述。
