| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌司他丁治疗急性颅脑出血的临床效果。方法对124例符合研究对象标准的急性颅脑出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各62例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予静脉滴注乌司他丁50 000 U/kg,1次/d,共用14 d。观察治疗后两组患者白细胞介素10和白细胞介素18及脑水肿指标的变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者白细胞介素10和白细胞介素18炎症指标均有改善,但治疗组更为显著;治疗后两组患者脑水肿指标均有改善,但治疗组更为显著。结论早期应用乌司他丁治疗急性颅脑出血患者疗效肯定。
