| 摘 要： | 目的比较肺癌常规放射治疗和三维适形放射治疗两种不同放射治疗方案中靶区及正常组织的受量。方法应用拓能公司三维治疗计划系统在20例肺癌患者的CT图像上设计三维适形放射治疗计划,然后在CT图像上模拟常规射野照射。总剂量均给60 Gy左右。比较两种计划肺、脊髓等正常组织受量。结果常规照射和适形放射治疗相比较,肿瘤体积各项指标有显著性差异,脊髓的最大受照剂量、肺的V20有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放射在靶区覆盖度、靶区适形度上均优于常规照射计划,且能减少肺的受照体积百分比,减少放射性肺炎的发生。
