慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎病理诊断

目的探讨慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎的病理形态,提高该病的诊断水平。方法 1996～2009年诊断的慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎病例共8例,均采用常规观察及免疫组化染色获得正确诊断,并予以随访。结果慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎除了一般慢性宫颈炎症表现外,均有淋巴滤泡增生,呈膨胀性生长,圆形,边界光滑,可见各种转化淋巴细胞。表面上皮及腺体均未见肿瘤改变。结论慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎是一种容易误诊的宫颈炎症,以淋巴滤泡增生为特征,呈膨胀性生长及多克隆性增生,浆细胞的出现提示正常淋巴腺细胞演化谱系存在。无浸润破坏性生长,不同于恶性淋巴瘤。

Pathological Diagnosis of Chronic Folicular Cervicitis
