| 摘 要： | 目的分析儿科用药发生药品不良反应情况,促进临床合理用药。方法对收集到的医院儿科2006年2月至2010年1月106例药品不良反应报告表进行回顾性统计和分析。结果发生药品不良反应的给药方式以静脉滴注最多,药物以抗生素和中药制剂最多,临床表现以皮肤损害为主。结论应加强儿科药品不良反应监测,对儿童要结合其生长发育的特殊性合理用药,以避免药品不良反应的发生。
