| 摘 要： | 目的探讨招飞考生脑电图(EEG)、游离甲状腺素3(FT3)、游离甲状腺素4(FT4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量与高考通过率之间的关系。方法随机抽取300名参加空军招飞考生的EEG,按标准分为具有典型意义正常(225名)、异常(75名)两组;用放射免疫测定法分别测定其血清中FT3、FT4和TSH含量,统计高考通过情况。结果 EEG正常组FT3和FT4(pmol/L)含量分别显著高于异常组(6.2±2.1)pmol/L vs(4.8±1.4)pmol/L,P<0.01;(17.8±3.4)pmol/L vs(14.8±4.3)pmol/L,P<0.05];而TSH含量显著低于异常组(3.6±1.7)U/L vs(5.7±2.5)U/L,P<0.05]。EEG正常组与异常组间高考通过率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 EEG及血清中FT3、FT4和TSH含量可作为招飞考生高考通过率的预测指标之一。
