| 摘 要： | 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是糖尿病的一种特殊类型,对孕妇和胎儿都有不利影响,GDM患者糖代谢多数于产后能恢复正常,但将来患2型糖尿病的机会增加。GDM的发生可能与多种因素有关,其中炎性反应与胰岛素抵抗有着密切关系。细胞因子是细胞应对各类刺激而分泌的小分子蛋白,包括白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子、集落刺激因子、生长因子等,可参与多种炎性反应,可能是促进胰岛素抵抗的一个重要因素,在GDM的发生和发展中起重要作用。对细胞因子与GDM的研究有助于了解GDM的发病机制,并为预防和治疗GDM提供理论依据,以降低2型糖尿病的发生率。
