“桃源居社区居家养老服务模式”对绝经后妇女绝经综合征病管理干预效果的研究

目的探讨"社区居家养老服务模式"对社区绝经后妇女绝经综合征病管理干预效果。方法对项目实施社区(桃源居社区)采取一系列的居家养老的管理干预措施,对照社区(西乡社区)不进行特殊管理干预。5个月后比较两个社区的相关指标。结果管理社区50岁以上的妇女绝经后妇女保健知识知晓率高于对照社区,绝经后失眠、性欲下降、易激动、骨关节痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 "社区居家养老服务模式"能有效降低绝经后妇女综合征,增强社区妇女绝经后保健的知识,提高绝经后妇女的生活质量,应该大力推广深入开展。

Study on the Intervention Effect of "Taoyuan Community Aged Care Model" on Postmenopausal Women with Menopausal Syndrome
