| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻咽癌组织中HSP90β表达及其与组织分级、预后之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测50例鼻咽癌组织中HSP90β的表达情况,并分析其表达与鼻咽癌临床与预后之间的关系。结果:鼻咽癌中HSP90β阳性率高于鼻咽部正常组织,而且鼻咽癌分化程度越低,HSP90β的表达越强;HSP90β阴性表达者5年生存率明显高于阳性者。结论:说明HSP90β过度表达可能与鼻咽癌的发生、发展以及预后有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of HSP90β and its clinical significance in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:Immunohistochemical method SP was used to detect the expression of HSP90β in 50 cases and its clinical significance was studied. Results: The positive rate of HSP90β was 56.0%. Analysis of patients survival demonstrated that the prognosis of NPC with HSP90β (-) expression was significantly better than the others. Conclusion:The overexpression of HSP90β was probably concerned with happening, development and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
