剖宫产术后使用自控镇痛泵尿管拔除时间的探讨

目的：探讨剖宫产术后使用自控镇痛泵的患者留置尿管拔除的最佳时间。方法：将180例剖宫产术后使用自控镇痛泵的产妇随机分为A、B、C3组，分别于剖宫产术后：24h、36h、48h拔除尿管，并对她们的排尿情况进行观察。结果：A组排尿成功率（52％）明显低于B组（92％）和C组（97％），差别有统计学意义。B组与C组比较，差别无统计学意义。结论：剖宫产术后使用自控镇痛泵的患者尿管拔除的最佳时间是术后36h。

The time of pulling out catheter to those patients who used PCA bumps after cesarean section

Objective： To investigate the best time of pulling out catheter to those patients who used PCA bumps after cesarean section. Methods： One hundred and eighty patients who used PCA bumps after cesarean section were assigned randomly to group A,B,C. Urination was observed at 24,36,48 hours after cesarean section and it was the time when the catheter was removed respectively. Results： The urinary success rate of group A （52 %） was significantly lower than group B （92%） and C （97%）, the difference has statistical significance. While the difference between group B and C did not has statistical significance. Conclusion： The best time of pulling out catheter to those patients who used PCA bumps after cesarean section was 36 hours.
