| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自体角膜干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:对18例19眼初发性翼状胬肉进行自体角膜干细胞移植,随访10~36月。结果:自体角膜缘移植片早期轻度水肿,1周内水肿消失,2~3周巩膜裸露区结膜上皮修复,长入新生血管。随访期内,无胬肉复发,无明显并发症。结论:自体角膜干细胞移植治疗初发性翼状胬肉安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of limbal stem cells autograft transplantationin the treatment of primary pterygium.Methods Transplantation of autologous limbus cornea were adopted in 19eyes of 18 patients with primary pterygium.After operation,the follow-up time was 10 to 36 months.Results All cases had satisfactory curative effect during the follow-up of 10-36 months.Limbal autografts edema disappeared within 7 days,conjunctival epithelium recovered in 2-3 weeks after operation.During the follow-up time,there was no complication and recurrence of the pterygium.Conclusion This study showed that Limbal autograft transplantation was safe and effective in preventing the pterygium recurrence. |
