机械振动诱发骨折间微动的体外测量

摘    要:在离体防腐尸体湿股骨上,利用应变加速度传感器检测机械振动在内固定条件下对截骨骨折间微动的影响。结果表明,本测量方法可以满足测量的要求,且证实在髓内固定条件下机械振动可以诱发骨折间微动。

Abstract:The interfragmentary micromovement induced by mechanical vibration was measured in vitro in seven preserved adult cadaveric femurs by using accelerometers. Accuracy analysis of this method indicated that it can detect relative interfragmentary micromovement as small as 0.1mm or below under certain range of frequency.Also, the results have shown that the mechanical vibration can induce interfragmentary micromovement under intramedullary nailing, but it can not do so under plate fixation.
