| 摘 要： | 由于良性前列腺增生的病因病机非常复杂,形成了多种学说,因此对于研究指标的选择至关重要。本文围绕良性前列腺增生的发病机制,从组织形态、激素、生长因子和基因等方面对良性前列腺增生实验研究的选择指标进行了概述。

| Abstract: | The etiology and pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia are very complicated, about which a variety of theories have been developed, so it is of utmost importance to decide upon the target of research. Focusing on the pathogenesis of benign prostatic hypcrplasia, the author outlines the candidate targets for the experimental studies of the disease in such approaches as morphology, hormones, growth factors and genes. |
