| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康体检中高频超声、钼靶X线及两者联合应用对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择有高频超声与钼靶X线检查,并经病理组织学证实的28例乳腺癌影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果 28例乳腺癌中单纯超声诊断22例,诊断符合率为78.6%(22/28),单纯钼靶X线诊断20例,诊断符合率为71.4%(20/28),二者联合诊断24例,诊断符合率为85.7%(24/28)。结论高频超声联合钼靶X线可以提高乳腺癌的诊断率,两种检查在对乳腺癌可疑病例的诊断中可优势互补。
