鼻内镜术后氯诺昔康镇痛与出血相关性的临床观察

目的 观察鼻内镜手术后应用氯诺昔康镇痛与患者抽除术腔填塞纱条时鼻腔出血情况的相关性.方法 接受鼻内镜手术治疗的238例鼻鼻窦疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,术后均予以常规处理,但观察组患者术后加用氯诺昔康镇痛,对照组术后不用镇痛药物.观察比较两组患者抽除术腔填塞纱条时鼻腔出血量和出血发生率的差异.结果 观察组患者抽除填塞纱条时出血量及其率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 鼻内镜术后应用氯诺昔康镇痛,可以明显降低术后抽除鼻腔填塞纱条时的鼻出血的量和发生率。

Clinical observation on the association of use of analgesic lornoxicam with post-operative bleeding following nasal endoscopic surgery

Objective To evaluate the association of post-operative use of analgesic lornoxicam with bleeding during the period of removing nasal packing material following nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods Included in this study were 238 patients with chronic naso sinus diseases treated by nasal endoscopic surgery, randomly divided into two groups, i.e. observing group （OG） and control group （CG）. All these cases in either group were given routine post-operative treatment in a same way, but with analgesic lornoxicam to the cases in OG and no additional reagent to those in CG post-operatively. Then,we observed the volume and the incidence of bleeding during the period of removing nasal packing material like vaseline gauzes in a comparative way between the 2 groups. Results The volume of bleeding was significantly smaller in cases of OG than that in CG during the period of removing nasal packing material vaseline gauzes, with a much lower rate of bleeding during this period as well in OG （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Post-operative use of analgesic lornoxicam following nasal endoscopic surgery can significantly reduce the volume of bleeding and its occurring frequency during the period of removing nasal packing material like vaseling gauzes.
