鼻康片联合生理海水鼻喷雾剂治疗干燥性鼻炎的疗效观察

目的 观察鼻康片联合生理海水鼻喷雾剂治疗干燥性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法 226例干燥性鼻炎患者随机分成3组.A组93例,予鼻康片联合生理海水鼻喷雾剂喷鼻;B组55例,予生理海水鼻喷雾剂;C组78例,予红霉素软膏涂鼻腔.观察比较3组患者治疗前后的相关症状评分（视觉模拟量表法）、内镜检查表现,评价治疗效果.结果 治疗前后疗效比较显示,症状评分A组优于B组（P＜0.01）,B组优于C组（P＜0.01）;鼻内镜疗效判定A组优于B组（P＜0.05）,B组优于C组（P＜0.05）.结论 鼻康片联合生理海水鼻喷雾剂能有效缓解干燥性鼻炎症状。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Bikang Tablets combined with physiological seawater nasal spray on rhinitis sicca

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Bikang Tablets （BKT） combined with physiological seawater nasal spray （PSNS） on rhinitis sicca based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were 226 patients with rhinitis sicca, randomly divided into three groups, i.e. 93 cases in group A treated with the combined therapy with BKT and PSNS, 55 cases in group B treated by PSNS, and 78 patients in group C treated only by erythromycin ointment. Before and afte the treatment, symptoms were evaluated by the method of VAS and signs were identified under nasal endoscope for all these cases. Then, therapeutic effect was analyzed in a comparative way among these 3 groups. Results As shown from the results evaluated by VAS for symptoms and nasal endoscopy for signs, it was found that the efficacy was the best for cases in group A （P〈0.05）, the better was for those in group B （P〈0.05）, and there was also a less efficacy for ones in group C. Conclusions The combined therapy with Bikang Tablets and physiological seawater nasal spray can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of patients with rhinitis sicca.
