摘    要:儿科实践教学中的诸多实际困难以及传统教学中以教师为主体的教学方法不利于新型高素质人才的培养。在教学实践中通过应用学生主导型CBL教学、改良式PBL教学、多重角色互换教学、实践操作平台模拟教学等方法对克服儿科见习中的实际困难,实现学生主体地位以及增强见习医师临床综合能力等方面具有显著的促进作用。

Abstract:The difficulties in pediatric practice teaching and traditional teaching with the teacher as the subject are harmful in cultivating high-quality medical talents. The methods we used in practice teaching, i.e. , casebased learning with students leading, improved problem-based learning, multiple-role exchange teaching and simulation teaching with practice operation platform system can overcome the actual difficulties in pediatric practice teaching, realize students' subject consciousness, and enhance interns' clinical comprehensive abilities.
