延吉市HIV/AIDS流行特征分析

目的分析延吉市HIV/AIDS的流行特征,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法收集延吉市HIV/AIDS疫情报表及流行病学个案调查资料进行统计分析。结果延吉市从2000年1月发现第一例HIV感染者以来,至2008年底以现住址累计报告HIV/AIDS 34例,疫情呈快速增长态势;感染发病男女性别比为1.6∶1,年龄以21～40岁为主,有22例,占报病总数的64.7%;异性性接触是本地区最主要的传播途径,占报病数的88.8%;朝鲜族为22例,占报病总数的64.7%;有出国史的人员为14例,占报病总数的41.2%;对本地区HIV/AIDS流行影响明显。结论本地区艾滋病处于低感染阶段有快速增长的势头,艾滋病正从高危人群向一般人群蔓延,需强化综合干预措施,制定有效的防治策略。

Epidemiological analysis on HIV/AIDS in Yanji City

Objective To analyze epidemiologic characteristic of HIV/AIDS in Yanji City and to provide data for making preventing strategies.Methods HIV/AIDS epidemic information report and epidemiology individual investigated data in Yanji city was collected and statistically analyzed.Results From the first case of HIV infection in January,34 cases of HIV/AIDS had been reported by the end of 2008 in Yanji City.The ratio of the cases for male to female is 1.6:1,aged mainly from 21 ～40.There were 22 cases,occupied 64.7% of the reported data.Sexual intercourse is the major route of HIV transmission,taking about 88.8% of the reported data.22 cases,occupied 64.7% were the Koreans and 14 cases had been abroad.Conclusion Yanji is the area with low level of HIV/AIDS prevalence and showing trend of growing rapidly.AIDS is spreading from high risk population to common population.We must adopt comprehensive measures to interfere with HIV/AIDS and make effective preventing strategy.
