| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肌电图和神经电图对踝管综合征的诊断作用.方法 回顾性分析2002年11月-2006年2月期间,7例踝管综合征患者的临床资料和电生理资料.结果 所检全部患侧胫神经支配足底肌中均可见失神经电位和异常募集反应,6/7条胫神经传导指标(运动传导速度、潜伏期和运动神经动作电位波幅)异常.结论 神经肌电图能对踝管综合征进行比较准确地术前诊断,为治疗提供客观依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the role of electromyogram and electro-neurogram to diagnose the tarsal tunnel syndrome.Methods Retrospective study the clinical data and electrophysiological data of 7 cases during Nov.2002 and Feb.2006.Results Abnormal electric potential or recruitment can be observed in sole muscle of foot in all cases,and abnormal index of tibial nerve conduction(MNCV,Lat and MNAP)in 6/7 cases.Conclusion Electromyography can correctly preoperative diagnose the tarsal tunnel syndrome and provide the objective information for therapy. |
