上海市盲校学生病因及视力调查分析

目的通过对上海盲校学生病因及视力调查分析,为防治儿童盲提出依据。方法对盲校224名学生进行矫正视力、裂隙灯、眼底镜、眼压等眼部检查,并对病因和视力进行分析。结果224例盲校学生中97例为盲,低视力97例,矫正视力≥0.3者30例。第1位致盲眼病是早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathyofprematurity,ROP)占32.99%;低视力病因中第1位为先天性白内障术后无晶状体占21.65%;124例患屈光不正学生中配戴矫正眼镜54例。结论上海盲校学生中ROP已成为第1位致盲性眼病,提示建立ROP筛查网络和开展综合防治的重要性。先天性白内障、青光眼的早期诊断和治疗,提高手术成功率及屈光不正儿童的早期验光配镜对于防治儿童盲是十分重要的。

Investigation and analysis of the causes of blindness and the visual acuities in Shanghai Blind School

Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of blindness and the visual acuities in Shanghai Blind School,and provide the information of prevention for childhood blindness.Methods The total of 224 students were undergone the routine examinations of ophthalmology;The best corrected visual acuity and the causes of blindness were recorded.Results In the 224 students,97 suffered from blindness,and 97 suffered from low vision.The leading cause of blindness was retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) (32.99%).The leading cause of low vision was congenital cataract and post-operation aphakia(21.65%).Of the 124 students,only 54 were corrected the refractional errors.Conclusion ROP has become the leading cause of blindness in Shanghai Blind School,which illustrated the importance of ROP screening,prevention and treatment.It is crucial to diagnose and cure the congenital cataract and glaucoma in the earlier period in order to prevent the childhood blindness.
