摘    要:目的:建立苦参中生物碱含量测定新方法。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法测定。结果:苦参中生物碱能较好分离,加样回收率苦参碱为97.47%,氧化苦参碱为97.67%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为苦参中生物碱的质量控制方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop a simple and rapid method for the determination of alkaloids in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (RSF). METHOD: HPCE buffer: 20 mmol.L-1 phosphates, pH 7.0; V = 20 kV, leff = 50 cm, L = 64.5 cm, i.d. = 50 microns, lambda = 201 nm, T = 25 degrees C, sample size = 10 kPa.s. RESULT: Matrine(I) and oxymatrine(II) in RSF were completely separated with recoveries of 97.47% and 97.67% respectively. CONCLUSION: Simple, accurate and reproducible, this method can be used for the quality control of Chinese herbal medicines.
