HPLC法测定10种动物药中尿嘧啶、黄嘌呤、次黄嘌呤、脲苷的含量

目的：对１０种动物药中的尿嘧啶、黄嘌呤、次黄嘌呤、脲苷进行了含量测定，以对动物药中的水溶性成分做进一步研究。方法：我们采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定了这１０种动物药中４种化合物的含量。色谱柱为Ｓｈｉｍ-ｐａｃｋＣＬＣ-ＯＤＳ柱；流动相：０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的磷酸氢二铵溶液；流速：０．８ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；检测波长：２５４ｎｍ。结果：相关系数：ｒ＝０．９９９３～０．９９９８；回收率：９８．３％～１００．５％。结论：各动物药中这几种化合物的含量和ＨＰＬＣ图谱差异较大。我们认为具有一定的鉴别意义。

HPLC Determination of Uracil Xanthine,Hypoxanthine and Uridine in Ten Species of Animal Drugs

Objective:To make further studies on the water soluble components in animal drugs by determining the contents of uracil,xanthine,hypoxanthine and uridine from ten species of animal drugs.Method:The determination was affected by RP HPLC,using Shim pack CLC ODS column(150mm×6mm),0.05mol/L dibasic ammonium phosphate solution as mobile phase,flow rate 0.8ml/min and detection at 254nm.Results:This method is accurate,rapid and reproducible.Analytical data for Hirudo nipponia,Eupolyphaga sinensis,Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans,Buthus martensii,Bombyx mori,Mylabris cicorri,Aspongopus chinensis,Lytta caraganae,Tabanus bivittatus and Huechys sanguinea are gi ven.Conclusion:There are marked discrepancies in the contents of the four components as shown on the chromatograms,a point that may be helpful in identifying the above cited ten species of animal drugs.
