| 摘 要： | 目的：研究鹅绒藤化学成分。方法：层析色谱技术进行分离，甲醇重结晶，ＭＳ，ＮＭＲ及ＤＥＰＴ脉冲技术鉴定化合物。结果：分离得到３个黄酮甙类化合物，为７-Ｏ-α-Ｌ鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚３-Ｏ-α-Ｌ-鼠李糖甙，７-Ｏ-α-Ｌ鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚-３-Ｏ-β-Ｄ-葡萄糖甙，７-Ｏ-α-Ｌ-鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚-３-Ｏ-β-Ｄ-葡萄吡喃糖基（１→２）-β-Ｄ-葡萄糖甙。结论：３个化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the aerial part of Cynanchum chinense. Method: The chemical constituents were extracted with solvent and separated by column chromatography.The structures were identified by spectral methods. Result: The structures were identified as 7-O-L-rhamnopyranosylkaempferol-3-O-L-rhamnopyranoside,7-O-L-rhamnopyranosylkaempferol-3-O-D-glucopyranoside and 7-O-L-rhamnopyranosylkaempferol-3-O-D-glucopyranosyl(12)Dglucopyranoside. Conclusion: All the three compounds were separated from C.chinense for the first time. |
