一例非小细胞肺癌患者的循证治疗

目的针对1例Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液、骨转移、肝转移患者的治疗问题,检索当前最佳临床证据,为选择患者的后续治疗方案提供依据。方法根据循证临床实践的PICO原则,提出问题、检索证据、对所获证据进行质量评价,并结合患者的意愿制订治疗方案。结果根据检索结果,给患者选择了最合适的治疗方案,患者在治疗中受益。结论Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者以化疗为主,同时辅以分子靶向治疗、放疗及对症、支持治疗,可以延长患者的生存期,提高患者的生活质量。

Evidence-based Treatment of One Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patient

Objective To identify the individualized,evidence-based treatment for a patient with stage Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer,exhibiting malignant pleural effusion and liver metastasis.Methods According to PICO(patient intervention comparison outcome)principle,evidence was collected and critically assessed.The patient's preference was also considered in the decision-making process.Results On the basis of the patient's condition and preference,we selected suitable therapeutic regimens,allowing him to benefit from the treatment.Conclusion Chemotherapy was the main medical treatment for patients with stage Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer,adjuvant by targeted therapy,radiotherapy symptomatic treatment and supportive care.Suitable treatment could raise the quality of life and improve the survival in stage Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer patients.
