案例式立体教学联合翻转课堂教学模式在泌尿外科中西医结合教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨案例式立体教学联合翻转课堂教学在泌尿外科中西医结合教学中的应用。方法将在中国医科大学附属盛京医院泌尿外科实习的中西医结合专业100名实习生随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用案例式立体教学法联合翻转课堂教学模式;对照组采用传统教学模式,比较2组的考核评分、学生对教学的满意度、临床实践能力及Mini-CEX合格率。结果观察组考核成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组学生对教学的满意程度为90.00%(45/50),明显高于对照组的72.00%(36/50)(P <0.05);观察组各项临床能力明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组学生Mini-CEX评估的合格率为96.00%(48/50)明显高于对照组的78.00%(39/50)(P <0.05)。结论将案例式立体教学法联合翻转课堂教学法应用于泌尿外科中西医结合教学中,可提高学生考核成绩和学生各项临床实践能力,提升学生对教学的满意度,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of case-based three-dimensional teaching combined with flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching of urology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 100 interns who were in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given case-based three-dimensional teaching method combined with flipped classroom teaching model,while the control group was given traditional teaching model.The teacher assessment scores,satisfaction with teaching,clinical practice ability,and Mini-CEX pass rate were compared.Results The assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%(45/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%,36/50)(P<0.05).The clinical ability of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of mini-CEX assessment in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.00%,39/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based three-dimensional teaching method combined with the flipped classroom teaching method used in the teaching of urology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in can improve assessment scores,improve various clinical practice capabilities and help to improve satisfaction with teaching.It has high promotion value for the formation of a good doctor-patient relationship.
