他克莫司+糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征的临床价值体会

目的评价他克莫司、糖皮质激素对治疗肾病综合征的联合治疗临床价值。方法抽选2019年03月-2020年02月收治30例肾病综合征的患者;以治疗方法的不同为分组依据,将其分入经典方案治疗组即使用糖皮质激素+环磷酰胺的对照组和使用糖皮质激素+他克莫司的研究组,每组15例。组间对比疗效及治疗后的肌酐、尿素、24 h尿蛋白定量等肾功能指标。结果研究组治疗后的肌酐、尿素水平及24 h尿蛋白定量均比对照组低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的治疗总有效率相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论他克莫司、糖皮质激素联合治疗肾病综合征疗效显著,可有效改善患者肾功能。

Experience of Clinical Value of Tacrolimus + Glucocorticoid in Treatment of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of tacrolimus and glucocorticoid in the combined treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods Thirty patients with nephrotic syndrome treated from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected.The pathological classification is detailed in the text;based on the different treatment methods,they are divided into classic treatment groups and used The control group of glucocorticoid+cyclophosphamide and the study group using glucocorticoid+tacrolimus,15 cases in each group.The curative effect and creatinine,urea,24-hour urine protein quantification and other renal function indexes were compared between groups.Results The levels of creatinine,urea,and 24-hour urine protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was similar between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of tacrolimus and glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,which can effectively improve the renal function of patients.
