湖南省35-75岁居民高血压患病、知晓、治疗和控制情况分析

目的描述湖南省35~75岁居民高血压患病、知晓、治疗和控制现状,探究患者个体特点与高血压知晓、治疗和控制的关联。方法利用湖南省心血管病高危人群早期筛查与综合干预项目所采集的数据进行分析。描述该地区高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率,并利用多水平混合模型探究高血压知晓、治疗和控制与个体特点的关系。结果共纳入77531名调查对象,平均年龄(56.79±9.75)岁,62.25%为女性。调查人群高血压患病率为47.42%,标化高血压患病率为35.92%。55.04%知晓其患有高血压,46.56%接受降压药物治疗,13.32%血压得到控制。多水平混合模型显示年龄大、受教育程度高、肥胖、既往发生过心肌梗死、既往发生过卒中、糖尿病患者具有较高的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率(均P<0.001)。结论湖南省35~75岁居民高血压患病率高,知晓、治疗和控制情况有待提高,应继续全面开展高血压防治及宣教工作。

Prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension among residents aged 35-75 years in Hunan Province

Objective To describe the current status of prevalence,awareness,therapy and control of hypertension among citizens aged 35-75 years in Hunan Province,and to explore the relationship between the individual characteristics of patients and the awareness,treatment and control of hypertension.Methods The prevalence,awareness,treatment and control rates of hypertension in Hunan Province were identified through analysis of the data from China Patient-Centered Evaluative Assessment of Cardiac Events(PEACE)Million Persons Project in Hunan Province.The multilevel mixed model was used to analyze the relationship of awareness,treatment and control rates with individual characteristics at the patient level.Results A total of 77,531 participants were enrolled in this study,with an average age of(56.79±9.75)years,and 62.25%were females.The prevalence rate of hypertension in the participants was 47.42%,and the standardized prevalence rate was 35.92%.The awareness,treatment and control rates were 55.04%,46.56%and 13.32%,respectively.The multilevel mixed model showed that patients with advanced age,highly educated,with obesity,having a history of myocardial infarction,having a history of stroke,and with diabetes had higher awareness,treatment and control rates of hypertension(all P<0.001).Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension in residents aged 35-75 years in Hunan Province is high,and the situation of awareness,treatment and control require further improvement.Hypertension prevention,treatment,propaganda and education should be fully carried out.
