Clinical Observation on Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To explore the application effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients in Fuzhou First People’s Hospital from May 2018 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the first 30 patients in the control group were given Weifuchun tablets,and the latter 30 patients in the observation group were treated with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction.The clinical effects and symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in syndrome score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of syndromes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment effect and prognosis of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
