中药穴位贴敷联合艾灸疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床观察

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合艾灸疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的疗效。方法将72例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者按照2019年5月—2020年5月入院单双顺序分成2组各36例,对照组给予西药治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予中药穴位贴敷联用艾灸疗法治疗,对比2组疗效、不良反应发生率、胃痛缓解时间、疼痛评分。结果联合组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为94.44%(34/36)与75.00%(27/36);不良反应发生率分别为5.56%(2/36)与27.78%(10/36);胃痛缓解时间分别为(4.21±1.14)h与(9.32±2.34)h;疼痛评分分别为(2.38±0.91)分与(6.84±1.17)分;组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者实施中药穴位贴敷和艾灸疗法,有利于缩短患者胃痛缓解时间,并缓解患者胃痛症状,减少其疼痛感,有效减少不良反应。

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Combined with Moxibustion Therapy in Treating Stomachache with Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with moxibustion therapy on stomachache with deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods A total of 72 patients with stomachache of deficiency of spleen and stomach were divided into two groups(36 cases in each group)according to the order of admission from May 2019 to May 2020.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the combined group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,relief time of stomachache and pain score of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of combined group and control group was 94.44%(34/36)and 75.00%(27/36),respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56%(2/36)and 27.78%(10/36),respectively.The relief time of stomachache was(4.21±1.14)h and(9.32±2.34)h,respectively.The pain scores were(2.38±0.91)and(6.84±1.17),respectively.There were statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with moxibustion therapy for patients with s stomachache with deficiency of spleen and stomach is beneficial to shorten the relief time of stomach pain,relieve the symptoms of stomach pain,reduce the sense of pain and effectively reduce adverse reactions.
