动脉内溶栓术联合血管内支架成形术应用于急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效观察

目的评价动脉内溶栓术联合血管内支架成形术应用于急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法将2018年12月-2019年10月接受治疗的130例急性脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法均分成两组,对照组患者给予动脉内溶栓术进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上同时予血管内支架成形术进行手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血流动力学检测指标、生活质量评分,治疗有效率及术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的血清CRP、PAR、VEGF水平及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,且观察组患者的生活质量评分及治疗有效率均高于对照组,差异均具有显著统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论动脉内溶栓术联合血管内支架成形术能有效改善血液循环,提高患者的生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,提升治疗有效率,促进患者快速康复。

Clinical Effect of Intra-arterial Thrombolysis Combined with Endovascular Stentplasty in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of intra-arterial thrombolysis combined with endovascular stentplasty in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis,and patients in the observation group were simultaneously treated with endovascular stentplasty on the basis of the control group.Then the hemodynamic testing indicators,quality of life scores,treatment efficiency and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of serum CRP,PAR,VEGF and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The quality of life scores and treatment effectiveness of observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Intra-arterial thrombolysis combined with endovascular stentplasty can effectively blood circulation,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and adverse reactions,improve the cure rate of cerebrovascular diseases and promote rapid recovery of patients.
