摘    要:颅内动脉粥样硬化疾病(ICAD)发病率、死亡率及致残率均较高,为全世界范围内缺血性脑卒中的最常见病因。高分辨率MR血管壁成像(HR VW-MRI)可覆盖全脑,对运动伪影较不敏感,能高度显示细节颅内血管壁成像,可作为血管造影管腔成像的补充,用于可视化成像观察神经血管、动静脉疾病。本文就HR VW-MRI技术及其评估ICAD研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Intracranial atherosclerotic disease (ICAD) has high morbidity, mortality and disability rate, which has become the worldwide most common cause of ischemic stroke. High-resolution MR vessel wall imaging (HR VW-MRI) can achieve whole brain coverage with low sensitivity to motion artifacts, being able to show a variety of intracranial vessel wall entities with high details and used as a complement to tubulointerstitial imaging angiography techniques for visualization of neurovascular and arteriovenous diseases. The research progresses of HR VW-MRI techniques and the applications for evaluating ICAD were reviewed in this article.
