| Abstract: | Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease with more intake than consumption and too much fat accumulation in the body.The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases related to overweight and obesity is also an important part of primary public health services.According to Chief Physician Zhang Zhenyu,this disease belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of the spleen and the stomach and the combination of phlegm and blood stasis.Therefore,according to the theory of“deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm”,we can treat overweight and obesity by invigorating the spleen,nourishing qi,clearing phlegm and removing blood stasis,relieving thirst and eliminating hunger,give specific health guidance and treatment,with the adjustment of diet,exercise and other lifestyle.It has better clinical effect. |
