中药芪灵液治疗卵巢切除后骨质疏松大鼠的实验研究

摘    要:为观察中药芪灵液对骨质疏松症的治疗作用,建立卵巢切除大鼠骨质疏松模型,以尼尔雌醇和自来水作为对照,测定血清中钙、磷、石破天惊生磷酸酶、雌二醇、睾酮和骨钙素水平,以及观察胫骨骨组织形态学改变,来探讨其疗效及作用机制。结果表明,中药芪灵液可提高雌二醇水平,降低碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素活性,显著提高骨密度。说明中药芪灵液具有提高雌激素的作用,可有效抑制骨吸收,降低骨转化率,防治绝经后骨质疏松。

Abstract:To explore the therapeutic effect of Qi Ling Ye on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, forty 12 month SD female rats were divided into 4 equal groups: normal group, model group, nylestriol group, Qi Ling Ye group, the later 3 groups were made bilaterally ovariectomized models, then the 4 groups were treated by water, water, nylestriol, Qi Ling Ye. After they were killed, serum calcium (S Ca), serum phosphorus (S P), serum alkaline phosphatase (S AKP), the levels of estranediol, testosterone and serum osteocalcin (S BGP) were measured, and the changes of the morphology of tibia were observed to study the therapeutic effect and the mechanisms. The results showed that the BMD and the levels of nylestriol were increased, while the levels of S AKP and S BGP were decreased, Suggesting that Qi Ling Ye has the effect of increasing the levels of estranediol, inhibiting bone absorption, lowering the bone transportation rate, and preventing postmenopausal osteoporosis.
