| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定小儿吐泻宁中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法以Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-冰醋酸-水(35∶4∶61)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长283 nm,采用外标法定量。结果橙皮苷进样质量浓度线性范围为3.58～143.2μg/mL(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为0.80%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于小儿吐泻宁的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Children Tuxiening.Methods The Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with methonal-glacial acetic acid-water（35 ∶4 ∶61） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detecting wavelength was 283 nm.Results The linear range was 3.58-143.2 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 98.96%,RSD=0.80%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the quality control of this preparation. |
