四磨汤口服液治疗小儿消化不良的药物经济学研究

目的评价四磨汤口服液治疗小儿消化不良的经济性,为临床提供用药参考。方法采用前瞻性随机对照试验方法,将434例患儿随机分成两组,Ⅰ组予四磨汤口服液联合常乐康(酪酸梭菌二联活菌散)口服,Ⅱ组仅予常乐康口服,观察两组的疗效和成本,运用成本-效果分析方法进行药物经济学评价。结果Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的治疗效果无差异,但治疗成本有差异。结论四磨汤口服液联合常乐康用于治疗小儿消化不良,费用较低、见效快,为最佳治疗方案,值得临床选用。

Pharmacoeconomic Study on Simotang Oral Liquid for Treating Children Dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate the economical efficiency of Simotang Oral Liquid for treating children dyspepsia to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods With the prospective randomized controlled trial method,434 cases of children dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups.The groupⅠwas given Simotang Oral Liquid combined with Changlekang（combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders） and the groupⅡwas given Changlekang alone.The efficacy and costs were observed in the two groups.The use of pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis was used for evaluation.Results The groupⅠand Ⅱhad no difference in the treatment efficacy,but the treatment costs were different.Conclusion Treating children dyspepsia in the groupⅠis the best treatment regime with low cost and rapid effect,which is worthy of clinical selection.
