| 摘 要： | 目的观察孟鲁司特对哮喘患者血清白细胞介素10、白三烯B4水平和肺功能的影响。方法将60例急性发作期支气管哮喘患者随机均分为两组,对照组仅常规吸入激素治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服孟鲁司特钠片10 mg/次,每晚1次,连用3月。均于治疗前和治疗3月后抽取静脉血检测白细胞介素10、白三烯B4水平和肺功能变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清白细胞介素10水平均明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组上升更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后白三烯B4水平明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后肺功能指标明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特可上调白细胞介素10水平、降低白三烯B4水平,从而抑制气道炎症、缓解气道痉挛、降低气道高反应性,改善肺功能。
