某医院职工健康状况调查分析

目的 了解本院职工健康状况及一般生活方式,明确当前职工存在的主要健康问题,探讨影响健康的相关因素.方法 对本院职工2008年至2010年三年间,体检有心血管病变、肝胆疾病、泌尿系疾病、高血脂、高血糖、高血压、乳腺疾病和妇科疾病的情况进行对比分析;对体检人数最多的2010年体检情况分别从性别、年龄、专业类别、生活方式、个人性格特征以及经济收入与各类疾病（症状）检出率的关系进行分析.结果 三年体检各类疾病（症状）检出率未见明显差异,疾病（症状）检出率排位基本一致;性别、年龄、专业类别、饮食习惯等是本院职工疾病（症状）阳性检出率的影响因素.结论 从饮食和体育锻炼方面提高职工健康保健意识,积极创建无烟环境,对中老年职工加强健康监控和开展多种干预.

Investigation and analysis of health status of the staff in a hospital

Objective To learn about the health status and the lifestyle of the staff in this hospital and to investigate the major hazards influencing the health condition of the staff. Methods Compared the physical examination data of Cardiovascular Pathological Change, liver and gallbladder disease, urinary system disease, high blood-fat, hyperglycemia, high blood-pressure, galactophore disease and gynecological diseases from 2008 to 2010 and analyzed statistically the relationship among sex, age, occupation, lifestyle, character, income and the tested rate of the data in 2010 in which the most people took the body examination. Results There was no significant difference in the tested rate of the diseases or symptoms in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and the sorting was nearly the same. The factors such as sex, age, occupation and lifestyle were the main reasons for diseases. Conclusion The healthy awareness of the staff should be improved especially from diet and physical exercises. And a smoke-free environ- ment should be established and the control and supervision for the elderly staff should be strengthened.
