| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖链抗原724(CA724)联合检测对结直肠癌的诊断价值.方法:用化学发光法检测结直肠癌患者41例、结直肠良性痛变患者46例、健康体检人群101例的血清CEA含量,用电化学发光法检测3组人群的血清CA724水平,统计分析CEA和CA724在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值.结果:结直肠癌患者血清CEA和CA72-4水平显著高于结直肠良性病变患者及健康体检人群的水平(P<0.05),结直肠良性病变患者血清CEA和CA72-4浓度显著高于健康体检人群的浓度(P<0.05).单项检测CEA对结直肠癌诊断的敏感度、特异度和准确度分别为58.5%、76.0%、67.8%,CA724为34.1%、93.4%、65.5%;联合检测CEA和CA724为68.2%、71.7%、70.1%.结论:CEA和CA724对结直肠癌诊断和疗效监测有一定价值,两者联合检测可提高结直肠癌的检出率.
