5种常见病医保患者住院费用比较研究

目的 比较5种疾病医保患者的住院费用,并对住院费用的影响因素进行分析,为新医改的深入开展提供科学依据,为医疗保险管理部门控制费用不合理增长、避免医疗资源过度浪费提供政策建议.方法 运用方差分析比较不同疾病医保患者住院费用及其各部分费用均值的差异性;运用多元线性回归分析住院费用的影响因素.结果 5种疾病医保患者住院费用及其构成、自费、统筹、超支费用均存在显著差异.结论 住院费用构成不合理,药费仍占主要构成;住院天数是影响住院费用的最主要因素;医保超支现象普遍,医院自身负担重.

Comparison of hospitalization expenses of insured patients with five common diseases

Objective To compare the hospitalization expenses of insured patients with five common diseases, to analyze factors on hospitalization expenses and provide suggestions for new medical reformation and medical insurance policy. Methods We got data from one general hospital in 2009, used ANOVA to compare the difference of the hospitalization expenses of insured patients with five different surgical diseases, and used muhiple linear regressions to explore the factors on hospitalization expenses. Results There were significant differences in the hospitalization expenses of insured patients with different diseases. Conclusion The composition of hospitalization expenses is unreasonable, and the main influencing factor on hospitalization expenses is hospitalization days. In addition, the medical insurance fund was overspent, and the hospital was burdened.
