| 摘 要： | 目的:研究分泌型卷曲相关蛋白1(SFRP1)和Wnt-1在食管鳞癌中的表达情况,探讨其在食管鳞状细胞癌发生发展及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法(SP法),检测60例食管鳞状细胞癌组织和40例正常食管黏膜中SFRP1和Wnt-1蛋白的表达。结果:食管鳞状细胞癌中SFRP1的阳性表达率为25.0%,显著低于癌旁正常组织黏膜中的92.5%(χ2=43.81),Wnt-1在食管鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率为73.3%,显著高于癌旁正常组织中的17.5%(χ2=29.94)。在食管鳞癌组织中,SFRP1的表达与临床病理因素无相关性,Wnt-1的表达与组织分化程度有关。结论:SFRP1和Wnt-1在食管鳞癌的发生、发展中起一定的作用,它们有望成为辅助参考指标应用于临床,并可能为食管鳞癌的生物治疗和预后判断提供部分理论依据。
