| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨癃闭舒治疗慢性非细茵性前列腺炎(CNP)的疗效.方法 将106例CNP患者随机分成两组,均给予一般治疗,包括消除顾虑、安排规律的生活、参加适当的体育锻炼、每日1次热水坐浴、每周1次前列腺按摩、解痉镇痛等治疗.对照组42例口服左氧氟沙星0.2g,每日2次.共4周.治疗组64例在对照组治疗基础上加用癃闭舒胶囊0.9 g口服,每日2次,连续4周.结果 总有效率治疗组为78.12%,对照组为57.14%.两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用癃闭舒胶囊治疗CNP安全、有效,患者的依从性较好.
