我院围产儿死亡原因回顾分析

目的分析及探讨围产儿死亡因素，制定有针对性的预防措施，降低围产儿死亡率。方法对2004—2008年本院围产儿死亡病历159例进行回顾性分析。结果2005、2006年死亡率达高峰，其后2008年有显著下降趋势（P〈0．05），畸形显著影响围产儿死亡率。结论加大围产期保健的力度，28周前发现畸形，提高保健意识，加强孕妇宣教，提高技术水平和产儿科合作，是降低围产儿死亡的重要举措。

The cause of perinatal death were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital

Objective To analyse and perinatal death factors,preventive measures,lower than the perinatal death. Methods 159 perinatal death records were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from 2004 to2008. Results During in 2005 and 2006, reach peak mortality in 2008 have decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0.05 )trend, significantly affect perinatal mortality deformity. Conclusion 28 weeks ago increased perinatal care, improve health consciousness that deformity, strengthen the pregnant women and raises the technical level and production, will reduce the pediatric perinatal death which is the important measure.
