| 摘 要： | 应用多项式ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析患者选择就诊单位的影响因素，一是探讨该方法在卫生服务研究中的适宜性；二是研究影响中国城乡虱选择就诊单位的因素。方法影响城市虱选择就诊单位的最主要因素是医疗保障制度和居民健康状况，农村则主要为经济收入和疾病严重程度。

| Abstract: | Objective to research the factor on Outpatients' choice to selecting care provider.Methods This paper introduced an application of Multinomial Logistic regression on impacting the choice of outpatient care providers.Results The results shown that health insurance and health status in urban,income and category of disease in urual were important determining factors for choice of outpatient care provider.Conclusion It was shown that the health reform focus on health insurance and community health services in urban and developing cooperative health insurance system in rural China. |
