| 摘 要： | 目的通过甲型流感监测,探索铜川市2009年9月-2010年1月该病流行趋势。方法实时荧光定量PCR方法 (Real-timePCR)。结果共监测476份样本,阳性184份,阳性率38.7%。结论 184份阳性标本中,甲型H1N1阳性样140份,阳性率76.1%。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevalence tendency of influenza A H1N1 in Tongchuan from September,2009 to January,2010 through influenza A epidemic monitoring.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR method(Real-time PCR)was used in this study.Results A total of 476 samples were monitored,and 184 samples were positive,with the positive rate of 38.7%.Conclusions Among the 184 positive samples,140 samples tested positive for influenza A H1N1,with the positive rate of 76.1%. |
