| 摘 要： | 泰必利是新合成的精神安定药,作用于中脑边缘系统并有抗多巴能活性,治疗精神运动行为障碍。本文用秦必利50～100mg 每日3次治疗抽动-秽语综合征10例,其中显效6例,有效3例。其优点不产生锥体外系症状,无明显毒副反应。

| Abstract: | Tiapride is a new psychoplegic drug acting on the limbic system of the brain.Its activity simulates that ofantidopamine.It is used to treat the some behaviour disorders.This paper reports 10 cases of Gilles de LaTourette's syndrome were treated by tiapride at a dosage of 50-100mg,three time a day.In 6 cases its curativeresponse was significant and the symptoms in 3 cases of than improved.This drug had the advantages,causingno side-effect of the extraprvmide system and no poison reactions. |
