不同栓塞模式介入治疗肝癌疗效评价

目的：评价碘油、明胶海绵、微球介入栓塞治疗肝癌的疗效。方法：回顾对照分析221例肝癌患者经不同栓塞剂栓塞治疗前后情况。结果：碘油栓塞95例，总有效率为92．6％（88／95），明胶海绵栓塞32例总有效率为87．5％（28／32），碘油加明胶海绵70例，总效率为94．3％（66／70），微球栓塞24例，总有效率为95．8％（23／24），结论：微球栓塞介入治疗肝癌疗效最佳，但病人疼痛等副反应较重，碘油临床应用较多，效果也比较明显。

Appraisement on the curative effect of different embolism modes of interventional therapy in treating liver cancer

[Objective] To appraise the curative effect of lipiodol, gelfoam, micro ball of interventional therapy in treating liver cancer. [Methods] The condition of 221 liver cancer cases were reviewed and analyzed before and after treatment with different embolism modes of interventional therapy. [Results] Among the 95 cases treated with lipiodol embolism, the general effectiveness was 92.6% (88/95), that of gelfoam was 87.5% (28/32), lipiodol adds gelfoam 94.3% (66/70), and micro ball embolism 95.8%(23/24). [Conclusion] Micro ball embolism of interventional therapy for liver cancer is the most effective method but may arouse pains in patients, while lipiodol is widely applied clinically and very effective.
