摘    要:目的:探讨测定脂肪酸含量的高效液相色谱-化学发光系统及其最佳化的条件。方法:将用荧光试剂衍生化后的脂肪酸用高效液相色谱-化学发光检测法分析。结果:在TCPO-H2O2-咪唑化学发光系统的最佳化条件下,测得脂肪酸C16,C18,C20的检测限分别为12,18,44fmol(10-15mol)。结论:建立的测定脂肪酸含量的高效液相色谱-化学发光检测法的灵敏度极高,已达fmol级

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the HPLC/chemiluminescence system and the optimum conditions for determination of fatty acids.METHOD:Derived by the fluorescent reagent HCPI,the fatty acids were determined by a HPLC/chemiluminescence detection method.RESULTS:With the optimum conditions of the TCPO H 2O 2 imidazole chemiluminescence system,the detection limits of FA C 16 ,C 18 and C 20 were 12,18 and 44 f mol,respectively.CONCLUSION:The sensitivity of fatty acids determined by HPLC/chemiluminescence detection method established was very high and it had been f mol grade.
