外伤性鼓膜穿孔的手术治疗效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨外伤性鼓膜穿孔手术治疗的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2007-01-2010-10期间,在第四军医大学唐都医院行耳内镜下鼓膜修补术的外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者53例(53耳)的临床资料.观察术后鼓膜穿孔的愈合情况及听力改善情况.结果 53耳中有51例鼓膜完全愈合,穿孔愈合率96.2%.复查纯音测听,语言频率气导平均听阈较术前提高10 dB.随访1~3 a,未见再穿孔及其它并发症发生.结论 对于外伤性鼓膜穿孔,早期手术干预可提高穿孔愈合率,缩短愈合时间.耳内镜下鼓膜修补适用于外伤性鼓膜穿孔.

Abstract:Objective To explore the Clinical efficacy of myringoplasty for traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods This was a retrospective study, from January 2007 to October 2010, 53 patients underwent endoscopic myringoplasty with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation at our hospital. 3 months after surgery, the perfora- tion healing of tympanic membrane and hearing regeneration were observed. Results The tympanic membrane perfo- ration healing rate was 96.2% (51/53), and air conduction threshold audiometry in language frequency average increased by 10dB. The follow up was 1-3 years, and no recurrence or complications had occurred. Conclusion If the myringoplasty can be done in early stage for traumatic tympanic membrane perforation that will improve the tympanic membrane perforation healing rate and shorten the time of the healing. The endoscopic myringoplasty can be appled to traumatic tympanic membrane perforation.
