XIAP和Caspase-3在肾癌中的表达研究

目的 研究XIAP、Caspase -3在肾癌中的表达及其意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测XIAP、Caspase-3蛋白在肾癌中的表达情况.结果 XIAP在肾癌中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁肾组织,而Caspase-3的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁肾组织( P＜0.01).XIAP的阳性表达与肾癌不同病理分级、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01),Caspase-3的表达程度与肾癌的病理分级有关(P＜0.01).在不同年龄、性别及不同组织学类型的肾癌组织中,XIAP和Caspase-3的阳性表达差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 XIAP在肾癌中的表达明显上调,而Caspase-3的表达则相应下调.XIAP在肾癌中的阳性表达与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关,两者表达的改变可能在肾癌的发生、发展中起重要作用.

Expression of XIAP and caspase-3 in RCC

【Objective】 To study the value of the expression of XIAP and caspase-3 in renal cell carcinoma(RCC).【Methods】 XIAP and caspase-3 expression were detected by immunohisto-chemistry in RCC tissues and normal renal tissues.【Results】 Imunohistochemical analysis showed that positive expression of XIAP protein was higher in RCC tissues than in normal renal tissues,but caspase-3 protein is lower(P <0.01).The positive expression of XIAP and caspase-3 showed no significant difference between age and gender and pathological type(P >0.05);XIAP expression there was significant difference between clinical stage,pathological grades and with or without lymph node metastasis(P <0.05 or P <0.01);caspase-3 expression there was significant difference between pathological grades(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 XIAP protein expression up-regulated but caspase-3 protein expression down-regulated in RCC tissues.There were a negative correlation between positive expression of XIAP and caspase-3,their change may play a important role in RCC development.
