核心能力教学模式在高职高专护理专业内科护理教学中的实践研究

摘    要:目的探讨核心能力教学模式在高职高专护理专业内科护理教学中的应用与效果。方法将2006级高职高专护理专业学生90名随机分为试验组和对照组各45名,试验组采用核心能力教学模式,即将以筒易标准化病人为核心的病例教学法、以问题为导向的教学法、情境教学法等多种教学方法综合应用;对照组采用传统的教学方法。采用多阶段理论测试、临床综合技能评价及问卷调查的方法分析教学效果。结果试验组多阶段理论考试成绩(t=2.384,P〈0.05)、护理核心能力(临床综合技能评价)(t=3.430,P〈0.01)显著优于对照组,试验组学生对各项教学效果评价较好。结论运用核心能力教学模式进行内科护理学教学有利于提高学生的理论成绩及护理核心能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of core competency teaching model on Medical Nursing teaching in vocational nursing education. Methods Ninety vocational nursing students enrolled in 2006 were randomly divided into experimental group (n=45) and control group (n=45). The nursing core competency teaching model was used in the experimental group,the teaching methods included clinical ease teaching with simple standardized patients,problem-based learning teaching and situational simulation teaching et al. The conventional teaching methods were conducted in the control group. The teaching effects were evaluated by multi-stage theoretical exams,clinical skills performance evaluation,and a questionnaire survey. Results The average score of multi-stage theoretical exam(t=2.384,P〈0.05) and the nursing core competeneies (clinical skills performance evaluation)(t=3.430,P〈0.01) of experimental group were better than those of control group. And the nursing students in the experimental group gave a high evaluation about the teaching effect with the teaching methods. Conclusion Application of nursing core competency teaching model in Medical Nursing can improve the exam scores and nursing core competeneies for nursing students.
